The booking time you want (example 12-4 for 4hrs or 11-5 for 6hrs)
Is it going on grass where we can use pegs in the ground or another surface where weights would be needed?

Example to book a castle
Hi Sam, I'm after (insert castle name here) for Jan 1st in Elizabeth 4hr hire 12-4pm on grass and can use pegs, is it available?

Text messages are preferred and responded to the quickest. If you call and I don't answer then just send a quick message with the date, suburb and if you know what castle you're after then that will make it easy for me to get back to you, especially for last minute bookings as I can briefly read the message to know it's urgent instead of contacting you back later when I've got spare time.
